Using the job application form below each job ad, we collect the following personal data:

  • for the period during which IBI is obliged as an administrator to keep data in accordance with generally binding law, as well as GDPR.

Accounting documents, such as invoices issued by IBI, are archived in accordance with the law for a period of 10 years from their issuance.

  • The consent to be notified of the availability of vacant positions remains valid until the availability information is sent but for a maximum of one year or until the withdrawal of the consent.
  • The consent to be placed on the market is valid for four years or until it is withdrawn.
