We are looking for a nouskeeping supervisor for the accommodation assistant's department. The company is a four stars hotel in Kerry County Ireland.There is an option for seasonal or year-round engagement.

  • Job requirements
    • Minimum two years of professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor
    • Good discipline and positive attitude
    • Good level of communication with management and staff subordinates
  • Language
    • Good level of English is a must
  • Responsibilities
    • Training the new staff members
    • Watching over the qulaity of service in the guest rooms and the public areas
    • Cleaning with other staff members
    • Making the schedules and splitting the tasks between staff
    • Professional communication with the team supervised and the management
    • Problem solving
  • Remuneration
    • Salary -11 to 12 euro gross per hour
    • Tax/Deduction - as in the Irish taxation and insurance system
    • Working hours per week - 40
    • Working days per week - 5
    • Holiday - yes, based on the type of assignment
    • Accommodation - 55 euro weekly
    • Meal - one meal provided on each day of the week, including days off
    • Tickets - covered by the employee

    • English language biography with stated supervisor's experience in chambermaid's / accommodation department and passport size photgraph.
