TRAINING
The training course is an intensive four day induction programme at our training centre in Leeds, UK. The course covers all theory and practical work of the fifteen standards of the Care Certificate and also additional specialist training. You will be provided with all training certificates. Once you have gained UK experience we have opportunities available for Healthcare workers and Nurses to find full time employment working directly for the NHS or working for our partner to the NHS, whilst offering on-going training along the way. “Bank staff” hours are also available for healthcare professionals who prefer to work ad-hoc or top-up their regular hours.

    TRAINING AND ACCOMMODATION - Provided by our partner free of charge. We pay for a twin/triple room (males only/females only sharing) and meals allowance whilst you complete the training course
    • TRAINING – 3 day Care Certificate and additional specialist training course
    • UK CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK (DBS) – Hassle free, processed and arranged
    • UNIFORM – Provided by our partner free of charge (please bring your own black shoes and black trousers)
    • SALARY & PAY RISES:

    • Healthcare Assistants:
      - £8.30 - £9.35 per hour
      - After 6 months: £8.50 - £9.60 per hour
      - After 12 months: £9.00 - 9.90 per hour
    • Junior Nurse:
      - Starting salary of £9.50 - £10.50 p/h
    • Registered General Nurses (RGNs) with NMC PIN
      - Starting salary of £15.00 - £17.50 p/h
      • PENSION SCHEME
      • STATUTORY SICK PAY – Provided as per UK law
      • HOLIDAY PAY – you will receive 5.6 weeks holiday pay per year.
      • 2 WEEKLY PAY – Salary paid every 2 weeks to help with cash flow. Other agencies usually pay monthly.
      • CONTRACT – Permanent with a minimum 35 hours per week. Extra hours usually available (average 47hrs per week).
      • TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION ASSISTANCE – Hassle free, arranged by Bluerock Healthcare in-house team
      • ONGOING SUPPORT - 1 year appraisal by your recruiter and CV update
      SERVICE AGREEMENT
      The Service Agreement covers your DBS check and full induction training (all other services are free). In order to ensure you have a smooth transition to moving to the UK, these services are paid upfront for by our partner and require repayment through weekly installments.
      The total amount of the Service Agreement is £399. No weekly payments and the SA is not payable if you successfully do a 12 month period. After one full year your loan will be discounted as a ‘completion bonus’ and no payment will be required.
    • Tickets - your only expense
    • You must arrive to the UK with a minimum of £300-400. This is to pay for your costs until your first salary is received.

     

     

  • Documents

    You will need to provide copies of the following documents:
    • 2 x Identification - Passport and EU ID Card Or Driving License and EU ID Card
    • Police check (Criminal record) - Translated into English by an authorized translator
    • CV completed on a designated template
    • Health declaration or Medical health report from GP
    • 2 x References - one from current/most recent role and the other from a previous healthcare role. Both dated and signed with company stamp.
    - For professional experience use “BRC061 -  Reference Recommendation” document to be completed by employer
    - For non-professional experience use “BRC074 -  GP Reference Request” document to be completed by patient’s family doctor
