We have a bakery manager position. The operation is a supermarket in Ireland where all types of bread and bread products, also tarts, danishes and other deserts are made by local recipes

  • Job requirements

    • minimum 2 years of previous experience

    • desire and ability to take charge and keep the team

    • skills to manage the pastry and bakery section
  • Language
    • Good level of English
  • Responsibilities
    • To supervise baking staff and ensure that all bakery operations run smoothly.
    • To take inventory of baking supplies, resolve customer complaints, and address poor staff performance.
    • To train ne staff members and ensure that all baker stick strictly to company standards
  • Remuneration

    •  Salary - 35 000 to 40 000 euro gross salary based on experience

    • Standard Tax/Deduction

    • Working hours per week - 39

    • Working days per week - 5

    • Holiday pay

    • Accommodation - 55 to 75 euro weekly rent, we can help with finding an accommodation close to the working spot

    • Tickets to Ireland - paid by the candidate
