Borislav I. Karamihaylov graduated from the University "St. Cyril and Methodius "in Veliko Tarnovo, specialty English Philology. He spent 6 years in the United States. Commonly known as Bobby Ivanoff, he worked as an insurance broker with Primerica and Legal Shield first and at a later stage as marketing agent for “Datasurvival Inc” and “Document Destruction Services”,
companies based in the Atlanta area, Georgia.
Borislav has the knowledge and experience in organizing and coordinating all of our mediation missions, as well as orginising international programs and events.
His experience as a consultant and recruitment agent began several years before IBI started to operate inthe recruitment market. First he completed six monthes HR internship in the US, then he worked in two recruitment agencies, one head quarterered in Cyprus and one in Varna, Bulgaria,  rwhere he learned through practice the fundament of professional recruitment and thus gained extensive experience. This is how he acquired all the key professional assets that enabled  us to build a precise, stable, lasting,  professional and friendly relationships with both- candidates and partners.

Marketing & Advertising Specialist
Diana is the person who takes care of the advertising and the positioning of the company. She is the person who researches and analyzes the market, shapes the advertising of the company, makes our information visible and takes care of people's awareness of our service. She has graduated from the "University of Economics" - Varna, specialty "Quality and Examination of Goods".

Tanya Van Dijk graduated from the Economic University of Varna, specialty "Organization of Tourism" has many years of experience both abroad and in Varna, Bulgaria. Coordinates our activities in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Helps create
candidates for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, for the organization of interviews, as well as with the cooperation of all our German speaking partners.
