  • Job requirements
    • Minimum 18 months of experience in Supply chain or other related field
    • Complex skills and knowledge in the process of purchasing goods and managing the work process in the entire supply chain system.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and a basic understanding of the materials and supply chain management functions
    • Good understanding of the end-to-end procure to pay process
    • Experience with Task management system, ERP and BI software.
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Fluent English and either French/Italian or Spanish (based on your knowledge) as a second language

  • Responsibilities

    Being in charge of the pay process effectiveness, you will have the following specific responsibilities:

    •  to process purchase requests and make decisions against commercial criteria: pricing, delivery time, payment terms, coverage and necessity.
    • To process all purchase orders according to the company's standard process and according to the terms per contract (e.g., pricing, delivery, payment terms)
    • Daily communication with suppliers: orders, need, volume of deliveries, changes, news, problem solving, tracking of forecasts and back orders.
    • To manage day-to-day interaction with suppliers: ordering, communication of demand/volume/delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up on backorders
    • Follow-up with orders, in order to evaluate the supplier, his ability to deliver, correctness, quality, terms.
    • To process purchase orders of assigned spend categories in terms of delivery and invoice accuracy
    • To prepare the evaluation of suppliers, engagement, management of supplier selection, verification of orders.
    • To ensure internal customers are complying with contracts and using preferred suppliers with contracted pricing. Perform periodic audits of automated Purchase Orders
    • To act according to company's policy and fulfill stated objectives.
    • Meet agreed SLA and KPI targets
    • Monitoring and reporting
    • Monitor and report on non-compliance
    • To communicate productively, responsibly and on time with the departments directly related to the supply chain.
    • Forward queries to producers and partners in a timely and efficient manner
