We are looking for a restaurant and food and beverage managers, to work in a couple of establishments in Ireland.
The anticipated starting time will be February 2020.

Customer-Service: you might have to interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.

Attention to Detail: have to keep your eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc.

Leadership: you must be leader in the back of house, rallying the team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done.

ManagementSkills: You will not only deal with food, they also have to deal with costs, pricing, creating work schedules and more.

Organizational Skills: Keeping work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and more organized is crucial to the job.

Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders is part of a food and beverage manager's job. Being able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill.

Speaking Skills: May need need to act accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to staff, give orders and speak with customers clearly.

Stamina: as a food and beverage managers can expect long days around hot cooking elements.

Responsibilities
- Train and strenthen the team
- Take care of work schedule
- Make sure that all company standards are covered
- Make sure that all food standards are met
- Plan the budget
- Upgrade restaurant or restaurants concept upon request by the GM.
- Resourcefulness
- Applying cost effective methods
- Setting up new menues with the Head chefs
- Dealing with cutomers, client resolution

Remuneration
- Salary - will be discussed based on your experience starting from 33 K and above based on your experience and type of operation
- Tax/Deduction - According to the Irish Revenue system
- Working hours per week - 40 to 55
- Working days per week - 5 days a week, sledom 6 if very busy
- Holiday - 22 days paid holiday
- Accommodation - will be arranged and terms will vary based on the place and the type of community, city or town
- Meals - on duty
- Tickets - covered by you
