We are offering jobs to all categories of chefs to work mainly in hotels in Austria:

Breakfast chefs
Commis chefs
Demi chefs
CDP / chef de partie
Sous chefs
Head chefs

We will help you settle down and help you the best we can on your way to your culinary arts career stairs. Salaries will be discussed based on the experience stated in your CV. We have both types of assignments: seasonal and year round, if you prefer longer term contract. Moreover, we have programs, where you can upgrade or build both: your skill set or Gemran language skills, based on your goals and preferences.

  • Job requirements
    • Minimum 8 months working experience in a la carte environment
    • Ability and interest to learn new recipes and methods of cooking
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Good attitude and work ethics
  • Language
    • English A2/B1 level or German A2/B2 level
  • Responsibilities

    •  To work in a fast pace a la carte environment

    • Flexibility to cover the shifts

    • Timely communication

    • Minimum basic knowledge of a la carte food
  • Remuneration

    Based on the category you apply for and the type of establishment:

    • Commis - 1500 to 1700 € per month
    • Demi -1700  to 1850€ per month
    • CDP / chef de partie - starting at 2250 € per month, depending on operation and level of skills and language can be considerably higher
    • Sous chef - subject to discuss further based on your individual professional and management skills
    • Head chef - subject to discuss further based on your individual professional and management skills
    • Salaries are bssed on 39 to 40 work hours weekly. Additional hours and pay rates are subject to discussion.
    • Holiday
    • Accommodation - free of charge, separate room and most likely separate bathroom
    • Meal on duty
    • Transportation to Austria - covered by the candidate

     
  • Documents

    •  Cv in English or German, or linked in with precisely stated experience and a passport size photograph

    • References would be an advantage

    • Diploma in culinary arts is not a must, but would be an advantage.
