Job requirements

Education: Secondary or higher education in a relevant field (preferred);

Professional Experience: Over 1 year of experience in an administrative, logistics, or commercial position; possibility to start with a probationary period in case of no experience;

Computer Skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems, PCloud, ClickUp);

Language Skills: English – written and spoken (preferred);

Additional Skills: Ability to work with large volumes of data, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment;

Technical Knowledge: Experience with artificial intelligence tools is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Input and processing of offers and data in the ERP system;

Creation and maintenance of a supplier database;

Registration and further processing of orders;
-
Processing and transfer of information to the "Finance," "Accounting," and "Purchasing" departments;

Working with task management platforms like ClickUp, warehouse inventory programs, and willingness to train on software specifically developed for the business;
-
Preparation of logistics and warehouse documents;
-
Verification of accounting documents (invoices, proformas, confirmations);
-
Preparation of distribution files for goods;
-
Execution of assigned administrative tasks.

Remuneration
- Salary -Base salary according to experience + annual bonus based on proven results;
- Probation Period: 6 months;
- Social Security Contributions: Based on the full salary;
