Are you passionate about building strong business relationships, driving B2B growth, and representing premium fragrance & cosmetics brands on a global stage?

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our international team and take ownership of strategic client accounts across Europe, the US, and Asia. If you’re commercially driven, organized, and ready to lead long-term partnerships — this role is for you.

  • Job requirements
    • 2–5+ years in B2B sales, key account management, or client relationship roles
    • Background in cosmetics, fragrances, or FMCG – strongly preferred
    • Excellent English & Bulgarian (B2+ minimum)
    • Strategic thinking and a proactive, client-first mindset
    • Confident with Excel, CRM systems, Gmail, WhatsApp, ERP, ClickUp
    • EU paasport / Bulgarian passport or permit
    •  

      Bonus if you have:

    •   Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry
    • Participated in international trade shows (Cosmoprof, TFWA, BeautyWorld, etc.)

    • Additional languages (French, German, Arabic)

    • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Qlik BI)

  • Responsibilities
    • Manage and grow key B2B accounts (retailers, distributors, e-commerce groups)

    • Be the main contact for your clients – from onboarding to renewal

    • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our brand portfolio
    • Lead commercial negotiations and manage margin expectations
    • Track performance, forecast demand, and ensure timely deliveries
    • Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, product, and buying teams
    • Maintain organized client data and communication (ClickUp, ERP, Gmail, Sheets)
