Wage: £40 pounds per day (Minimum of 22 working days per month). After the first 2 weeks the contractor will receive the commission (not half of £1,000). After one month, the contractor will receive completion £1,000 (£40 pounds a day* 25 working days) OR the commission (- the higher of the two).
At the end of every 2 weeks (a week is from Monday to Sunday) the contractor sales record will be checked and will be calculated according to commission based structure. 
If after all the efforts the contractor won't reach the target marks, the company will consider transferring the contractor to a different location, a different position or will help the contractor relocate out of the organization.
Commissions:
Structure: The payments will be the higher of either, basic salary or commission.
All commissions are calculated from the net sales after the V.A.T. of 20% is deducted. Commission is based on the following sales a day:
Base - 17% -
Over £400 – 19%- £63.33
Over £600 – 21% - £105
Over £800 – 23% - £153.33
Over £1,100 – 25% - £229.16

Benefits:
Contractors are entitled to the followings:
- First 2 weeks of rent is FREE (Subsidized rent, including all living expenses - £200 value). 


- After 30 working days in the company- the contractor will get half of airfare cost and 
after 60 working days- the other half. 


- £250 grant after 6 months working with the company (Minimum of 25 working days a 
month) 


- £250 grant after 12 months working with the company (Minimum of 25 working days 
a month) 


- Should the contractor stay with the company after 6 months their terms will improve 
to a basic commission of 19%. Please note that outstanding contractor's might be promoted in the company to receive better terms and great financial profit. 
Estimated Average Hours per Week: 48-60 – When employees arrive they will receive 2 months of training. Contractors will be trained during this time period. During your training, your sales performance will be evaluated. 
Is Overtime available? In most cases no, however Christmas period is the busiest of all Times therefore you might do overtime this time of 
year.

We believe our contractors must live in good conditions. Therefore even the mattresses are made and bought from high quality. Houses are fully furnished, and include Microwave, television, internet access, laundry machine, kitchen supplies, beds, closets, pillow, duvets and every basic and beyond basic needs in a house.
Type of Housing: houses include 3 – 5 bedrooms. One contractor per room during the year.
- Will apartments be mixed gender? Yes.
- Estimated Monthly Rent Cost: £400 pounds per month including all expenses (gas, electricity, taxes, TV),
- Is a Housing Deposit Required? No.
- Housing Distance to Work: 5-12 Minutes - Walking.
- 
Transportation to Work: Mostly unlikely.
- Are meals provided? No.

Legal Stuff
We will help you register as self-employed – cost: FREE!
 We will help you with the papers for obtaining National Insurance Number as well.
Working as self-employed means you will pay for NI Contributions (2.5 pounds/week or 9% if your annual income is over £8,000 pounds/year after completing the Self- Assessment- tax return form)
Drug Testing Policy: None-any kind of drugs are not allowed in any way in the company
We advise you to take your own bed sheets, towels, hair dryer, and minimum £300 pounds for your personal expenses for the first month. The cost for accommodation will be deducted from your payment.
Once we have agreed to hire you, you must return back within a week with a flight ticket. Please note, the flight ticket doesn’t have to be necessarily for immediate arrival. It can also be up to 30 days from the date we have agreed collaboration. However if you fail to book your flight ticket within a week your position might not be secured and will be given to someone else.
