Our client s one of the best hotels in this region, located on the island of western coast, in about 160 km from Trondheim city. There are 67 rooms, conference facilities, spa and higher level of à la carte restaurant.
In their à la carte restaurant they aim high level quality, the menu is concentrated to dishes of local foods, offering lot of fish, shellfish, scallops, local game and deer, wild sheep. They also have a buffet and lots of banquets for weddings, anniversaries, etc events.

Job requirements
- Experienced and service-minded waiter or waitress, that can enrich the staff and can serve at different occasions, good English skills are needed.
- Any wine knowledge is mostly welcome.
- A good candidate is skilled professional, having similar career in ´a la carte restaurant is a precondition.
- We expect the candidate to be independent, engaged and positive team member, focused on quality in work.
- Availability to stiart quickly after approval.
- Information about Corona / COVID 19: Access to Norway is now fully open to all who whave the green passport and there will be no need to quarantine. If you do not have the certificate, you need a test and it will take a few days of quarantine before you start work.
NB! During the quarantine period: there wil be no pay, the cost of the quarantine stay will be shared between you and the employer.

Responsibilities
- Buffet, breakfast and a la carte service
- Preset , working the functions and working and setting up after the functions
- Good communication with team, chefs and management

Remuneration
- Salary -Gross salary per hour is NOK 204uaranteed 154 working hours per full month
- In addition there are extra payments when working overtime, in the evenings, nights and on weekends.
- Help and support with the official registrations including at the tax office and UDI if necessary.
- Standard Tax/Deduction
- Working hours per week - 38.5 at least - additional may be required, based on occupancy and paid at proper rate
- Working days per week - 5
- Holiday - caluclated based on length of the assignment
- Accommodation - Accommodation in a private 1-room apartment nearby with private kitchenette and bathroom/WC, TV all channels, Wi-Fi. Payable by the employee.
- Meal on duty
- Tickets - can help with tickets and then deduct from salary
