Are you an experienced shovel operator looking for an exciting new step? As a shovel operator, you'll have the opportunity to closely monitor the drying process and gradually gain knowledge of the entire operation as an operator. So, are you ready to embrace the role of an operator?

Our client operates in the agricultural sector in Drenthe. As a shovel operator, you'll be involved in the entire process—from gathering green fodder to its artificial drying in Ruinerwold. This is your chance to further develop your skills as a shovel operator and eventually take on the role of operator. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated shovel operator/operator!

  • Job requirements
    • EU passport, Swiss passport or permit to work in Netherlands

    We do not like to impose very strict requirements, but in general:

    • Experience as a shovel operator.
    • Interest in the drying process and ambition to grow into the operator role.
    • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system during the drying season.

    • Salary - 16.00 to 18.00 euro gross per hour
    • Shift Allowance: For shift work, you’ll receive an additional allowance on top of the base wage-10% for the morning shift; 15% for the afternoon shift; 20% for the night shift

    • Accommodation - about 112 euro per wee
