? Introduction & Onboarding Process:
1. Short interview in English (simple questions: about yourself, work experience, motivation).
2. Language & logic test (40 examples in 4.5 min, max. 4 mistakes allowed).
3. Company tour (work floor, canteen, changing rooms, etc.).

? Location: Utrecht (travel required from Alkmaar / Heerhugowaard, ~70 km, ~1 hour one way)

  • Job requirements
    • Driving license B (at least 4 candidates weekly required)
    • Flexibility to travel daily to Utrecht (~1 hour)
    • Good motivation and readiness for physical work
    • EU passport or Dutch work permit

    • Communicative English or Dutch (mandatory – tested at introduction)

    • Order Picker – €14.54/hour gross

      🕒 Working Hours:
      • Hema DC: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00
      • Hema EDC: 07:00–16:30 & 17:00–23:45
      ➡️ Mostly Monday–Friday, occasional weekend shifts.
      ➡️ Overtime possible when workload is high.
      💶 Salary & Benefits:
    •  Paid every 4 weeks
    •  Allowances (depending on shift – table provided at introduction)\
    • Driver allowance: €8.40 net/day
    •  Travel costs covered only for drivers
    • Accommodation: €520 / 4 weeks (shared housing, Alkmaar / Heerhugowaard)
    • Insurance: €167.44 / 4 week
    • Ticket costs to Netherlands - covered by the candidate
