? Introduction & Onboarding Process:
1. Short interview in English (simple questions: about yourself, work experience, motivation).
2. Language & logic test (40 examples in 4.5 min, max. 4 mistakes allowed).
3. Company tour (work floor, canteen, changing rooms, etc.).

Job requirements
- Driving license B (at least 4 candidates weekly required)
- Flexibility to travel daily to Utrecht (~1 hour)
- Good motivation and readiness for physical work
- EU passport or Dutch work permit

Remuneration
- Order Picker – €14.54/hour gross
- Reachtruck Driver – €14.89/hour gross
🕒 Working Hours:
• Hema DC: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00
• Hema EDC: 07:00–16:30 & 17:00–23:45
➡️ Mostly Monday–Friday, occasional weekend shifts.
➡️ Overtime possible when workload is high.
💶 Salary & Benefits: - Paid every 4 weeks
- Allowances (depending on shift – table provided at introduction)\
- Driver allowance: €8.40 net/day
- Travel costs covered only for drivers
- Accommodation: €520 / 4 weeks (shared housing, Alkmaar / Heerhugowaard)
- Insurance: €167.44 / 4 week
- Ticket costs to Netherlands - covered by the candidate
