We are looking for a strong, experienced Bar Manager to join a well-established hospitality group in Limerick. Only proven bar management profiles will be considered.

  • Job requirements
    •  Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory or management experience
    • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, stock control & bar operations
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Professional, confident, motivated
    • Ready for long-term relocation
    • Available for immediate interview
    • Able to travel to Ireland for a trial shift
    • EU passport or legal permit to work in Ireland
  • Language
    • English - B2 level
  • Responsibilities
    • Managing the bars in property
    • Keeping service up to standards
    • Training new staff members
  • Remuneration
    •  €35,000 – €45,000/year (depending on experience)
    • Onsite accommodation provided at the beginning + support finding long-term housin
