The place is a full service hotel with 200 rooms and suites situated in one of Norway’s top tourist attractions on the west coast of Norway by the sea. The hotel has two restaurants (400+44 seats), banquet hall, outdoor serving, three bars and café. The hotel present good Norwegian cuisine based on the very best ingredients from local producers and farms. The Hotel is looking for experienced confectionary for working with desserts and different types of cakes; wedding cakes and traditional Norwegian cakes, f.e.: different cheese cakes, mousse cakes, butter and nut cakes, marzipan covered cakes, carrot cake, Brownies, baked cinnamon buns. From desserts: homemade ice creams, sorbets, mousse au chocolate and other types, Creme Bruleè, Pannacotta and some petits fours, also homemade chocolate.
