We are looking for elderly care asistants who seek a job in nursing care homes.

We provide training, registration help, full accommodation assistance.Our partner is pleased to offer you the following services and states this:
• TRAINING AND ACCOMMODATION - Provided free of charge. We pay for a twin/triple room (males only/females only sharing) and meals allowance whilst you complete the training course
• TRAINING – 3 day Care Certificate and additional specialist training course
• UK CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK (DBS) – Hassle free, processed and arranged by Bluerock Healthcare
• UNIFORM – Provided free of charge (please bring your own black shoes and black trousers)
• SALARY & PAY RISES:

    • Taking care of elderly or disabled  people
    • Cleaning and sanitizing areas
    • Willingnes to cover on night shift per week
  • Remuneration
    • Salary from £8.30 - £9.35 per hour
      - After 6 months: £8.50 - £9.60 per hour
      - After 12 months: £9.00 - 9.90 per hour
    • Tax deductions according to UK legislation.
    • 3 day training provided.
    • 40 working hours per week.
    • Holday pays according to labor regulations.
    • Acccomodation - full astsantce on our end, costs 40 to 75 GBP per week, based on your location.
    • PENSION SCHEME SET:
      • STATUTORY SICK PAY – Provided as per UK law
      • HOLIDAY PAY – you will receive 5.6 weeks holiday pay per year.
      • 2 WEEKLY PAY – Salary paid every 2 weeks to help with cash flow. Other agencies usually pay monthly.
      • CONTRACT – Permanent contract with a minimum 35 hours per week. Extra hours usually available (average 47hrs per week).
      • TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION ASSISTANCE – Hassle free, arranged by Bluerock Healthcare in-house team
      • ONGOING SUPPORT - 1 year appraisal by your recruiter and CV update
    • Tickets are covered by the candidate
