We are offering jobs to all categories of chefs to work mainly in hotels in Ireland:

  • Breakfast chefs
  • Commis chefs
  • Demi chefs
  • CDP / chef de partie
  • Sous chefs
  • Head chefs

We will help you settle down and help you the best we can on your way to your culinary arts career stairs. Salaries will be discussed based on the experience stated in your CV. We have both types of assignments: seasonal and year round, if you prefer longer term contract.

  • Job requirements
    • Minimum work level knowledge of English
    • Minimum 8 months working experience in a la carte environment
    • Ability and interest to learn new recipes and methods of cooking
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Good attitued and work ethics
  • Language
    • Spoken English
  • Responsibilities
    • To work in a fast pace a la carte environment
    • Flexibility to cover the shifts
    • Timely communication
    • Minimum basic knowledge of a la carte food
  • Remuneration

    Based on the category you apply for and the type of establishment:

    • Commis -  € 13.00-13.50  per hour
    • Demi - 13.50 to 14.50 per hour
    • CDP / chef de partie - 16 to 18 euro gross per hour, or starting at 34 K per year
    • Sous chef - subject to discuss further based on your individual professional and management skills
    • Head chef - subject to discuss further based on your individual professional and management skills
    • Salaries are bssed on 39 to 40 work hours weekly. Additional hours and pay rates are subject to discussion.
    • Accommodation - we can help with accommodation, prices may vary based on location
  • Documents
    • Cv in English or linkedin with precisely stated experience and a passport size photograph
    • References would be an advantage
    • Diploma in culinary arts is not a must, but would be an advantage
