  • Job requirements

    • Completed higher education – minimum Bachelor’s degree

    • Excellent computer literacy: Word, Excel (functions: /sum/, /if/, /vlookup/, /conditional formatting/, tables and filters), Outlook

    • Experience with commercial/ERP software is an advantage

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

    • Attention to detail and precision
  • Language

    • High level of written and spoken Bulgarian

    • Very good command of English
  • Responsibilities
    • Manage e-commerce platforms
    • Product knowledge, including brands and items
    • Conduct regular inventory checks
    • Negotiate with suppliers and source competitive prices
    • Update offers and report to management
    • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery
    • Identify new sourcing channels
    • Maintain relationships with manufacturers and traders
    • Update and manage the customer database
    • Resolve issues arising from day-to-day tasks
    • Prepare reports on performance metrics
