  • Job requirements
    • Minimum 2 years’ pastry chef experience
    • Strong portfolio of cakes & desserts
    • Independent, positive, quality-driven, and team-oriented
    • EU citizenship/passport or Norwegian permit / registration required
  • Language
    • Good English language skills
  • Responsibilities

     

    • Prepare cakes, mousses, cupcakes, crumbles, cheesecakes, macarons, chocolate fondants & more
    • Serve both restaurant guests and hotel shop/catering orders
    • Work in a team of 4 (2 chefs + 2 apprentices)
  • Remuneration
    • Salary- 247.91 NOk per hour ; 46230 NOK basic salary
    • Tax/Deduction - around 23
    • Working hours per week -4
    • Working days per week 5
    • Holiday pay 
    •  Overtime: +40% (after 9h/day or 38h/week)
    • Extra pay: Evenings +NOK 16/h | Weekends +NOK 30/h | Nights +NOK 56/h | +100% on bank holidays
    • Accommodation: Private room with bath/WC, WiFi & electricity for NOK 1,500/month (next to the hotel)
    • Meals: Available in staff canteen for NOK 37.38/meal
