- Experience with farm work, especially cattle, is an advantage
- Basic understanding of animal welfare and agricultural tasks
- Practical, reliable, and willing to learn

Responsibilities
- Caring for dairy cows and assisting with milking operations (including modern robotic systems
- Feeding, watering, and monitoring animal health
- Cleaning barns and maintaining equipmment
- Supporting calving season and general livestock care
- Assisting with outdoor tasks like fencing, tractor driving, and basic maintenance

Remuneration

- Full-time seasonal position (mid-April to end of September)
- Typically 8–10 hours per day, with a structured schedule
- Mix of animal care and general farm duties
- Supportive team of 3–4 workers on-site
- 💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Approx. hourly rate: NOK 180 – 220 depending on experience and qualifications
- Guaranteed monthly working hours
