  • Responsibilities

    Employees are expected to:

    • 1. To be at work, on time, in a good mood and with a smile, without using alcohol or drugs, dressed formally (in a white shirt or jacket, with trousers or jeans).

    • 3. To transport their clients along the route set by the Navigation and return again to the dispatching depot if no other address has been set in the meantime.
    • 4. Take care of the vehicle during operation and after. Be polite to their customers and, if desired, open and close the door when getting in and out of the car.
  • Remuneration
    • Starting gross salary of 35% of turnover for the month, which is equal to about 1800-2200 €. After the first 6 months - 40% of turnover for the month. The gratuity is additional and tax-free - depending on the attitude towards the client - about 200-400 € / month
    • Tax/Deduction - Insurance - from 200 € to 800 € - Determined by marital status and Stoyer class, which will determine in Germany.
    • Employment contract - One-year contract on a 6-month probationary period.
      After the expiration of the one-year contract, it can be re-signed for another year. After the expiration of the second one-year contract, the contract can be set permanent.
    • Working hours - 12 hours a day according to a set schedule.
    • Opening hours from 06:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 06:00.
    • Working days per month - negotiable (the salary also depends on this, because they are on a percentage)

    • Accommodation - The employee pays € 300 for accommodation and supplies. Accommodation is in a separate room from a house or a separate room from an apartment. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.
    • If you wish to rent a home yourself, in this case the above amount is not deducted out of your salary.
    • Food and expenses of personal origin are at the expense of the worker.
    • Transport to and from work will be provided
