We are offering truck driver jobs in Germany. Working directly with the employer, no service provider options.

  • Job requirements
    • minimum 5 months of experience
    • CE category driver license
  • Language
    • Basic English, Polish, Russian or German
  • Responsibilities
    • Local or long-distance transport (Germany / abroad).
    • National and international tours for construction sites related to projects, each of different duration.
    • Type of semi-trailer or trailer, Dump trucks, 4-axle and dump trucks
    • Work with a brand: Mercedes, MAN
    • Type of loads transported: Bulk materials, soil, gravel, sand, asphalt and concrete
  • Remuneration
    • Salary - Salary (basic rate) € 9.50, from 1.7 .: € 9.60 gross
    • Overtime + 25%, basic working hours 8h, total working hours usually 9-10h / day
    • Overheads (supplements) 24 € minus 7 € for accommodation in boarding houses, for nights in the truck 24 euros.
    • Bonuses / Additional hourly salary: - Contract hours up to 160 hours, then hours are deducted on weekends or paid with + 25% on the hourly salary.
    • Total net salary, after all deductions, and after all allowances - between 1800-2000 euros monthly
    • Additions for external construction sites:
    • For all hours, a total of 1.20 € / h
    • Supplement for asphalt transport: 0.90 euro / h
    • Additions for tipper trailers: 0.60 EUR / h
    • Type of employment contract indefinite / fixed-term: Both are possible, at the request of the employee.
    • For fixed-term contracts: At least until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. Payment
    • Insurance -  German employment contract
    • Working hours - guaranteed 40 per week; usually 7:00 - 17:00 / 18:00, minus rest.
    • Working days per week - Monday to Friday, in rare cases on Saturday. Full work day.
    • Holiday - Work system: permanent work, leave is given after application.
    • A vehicle for group trips home (4 drivers) can be provided for daily transportation to and from work.
    • Accommodation - Yes, in boarding houses, rooms with 2 beds near the construction sites for 7 to 10 euros per night
    • Work iniforms: The employer takes on the protective clothes.
    • Truck equipment: refrigerator, satellite navigation,Air conditioning, etc.
