Our organization has signed a contract for the implementation of a project funded by the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Bulgaria.

Project Title:
BG05SFPR002-2.005-0047 – “Active Inclusion and Access to Employment for Disadvantaged People in Varna”

Led by: NGO Development and Integration, in partnership with IBI
Total Budget: BGN 320,854.71 (of which BGN 272,726.50 is EU-funded and BGN 48,128.21 is national co-financing)
Project Duration: From April 1, 2024 to October 1, 2026

The project is designed to help disadvantaged groups who face barriers to employment, including:

Unemployed young people, including those from care institutions

Youth under 29

People over 55

Individuals with long-term disabilities

Migrants and people with low education levels

We aim to support 90 participants, with at least 10 of them starting a job or becoming self-employed during or after the project.
