We are looking for a suitbale candidate to take a general manager role in a luxury hotel establishment in Ireland.

  • Job requirements
    • Minimum 3 year of previous hotel management experience in at least 4 stars hotel
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Resourcefulness
    • Ability to handle pressure
    • Case management skills
  • Language
    • Excellent English is a must
  • Responsibilities
    • Team leadership
    • Managing of all departments and hotel operations
  • Remuneration
    • Salary - Excellent pay, will be clarified after the interview
    • Tax/Deduction based on local regulations
    • Working hours per week - around 50 but may need to work extra based on occupancy and other factors based on the nature of hospitality business
    • Working days per week - 5 to 6 days weekly
    • Holiday and holiday pay
    • Accommodation - we will hep with  finding and negotiating accommodation
    • Meals on duty
    • Tickets - covered by you

     

  • Documents
    • Proper cv with hotel management experience or linked in profile
    • Diploma in hotel management, any certificates of completed training that you may have 
    • References are not a must, but would be an advantage
