On behalf of our client we are looking for restaurant supervisor for a 4 star type of establishment in Southern Ireland. The anticipated starting date would be in February 2020.

We will help you settle in.

  • Job requirements

    • Minimum 2 years previous experience of 4 star hotel or exquisite restaurant - international experience is not mandatory  but would be an advantage

    • Ability to lead and motivate the team

    • Organizational skills

    • Serious attitude and flexibility in adapting and taking charge in new work environment

    •

  • Responsibilities

    • Quality and organisational control

    • Staff training, coordination and support of the department

    • Preparation of schedules

    • Precise communication with management

    • Assist and serving when necessary

    • Guest support

    • Finding proper solutions when necessary

       
  • Remuneration
    • Salary- from € 28,000 to € 36,000 a year's basic salary based on your experience, possible bonuses
    • Tax/Deduction - Standard Irish tax deductions
    • Working hours per week - 40 to 55 based on level of occupancy
    • Working days per week - 5
    • Holiday pay as in contract
    • Accommodation - we or the hotel will help with cost effective accommodation
    • Meal on duty
    • Tickets to Ireland - paid by the candidates

     
  • Documents

    • Cv in English with clearly stated supervisor's  experience and a passport size  photo attached to it.

    • Recommendations in English would be and advantage but not a must

    • Hospitality certificates of achievement or college diplomas if relevant are optional but would be a plus
