As an Opperman Maintenance & Greenery, you will be the right-hand person of our skilled workers and play an important role in performing minor repairs, maintenance work, landscaping, and road repairs. You ensure the worksite is in perfect condition, materials are ready on time, and work proceeds smoothly.

The company focuses on maintenance, landscaping, and infrastructure in unique locations, such as Defense sites.

  • Job requirements

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Enjoys working outdoors and isn’t afraid of physical labor.
    • Is flexible and reliable.
    • Has an affinity for landscaping, roadwork, or maintenance.
    • Can work independently but is also a real team player.
    • Holds a valid driver's license (category B) – essential due to often remote work locations.
    • Has experience as an Opperman or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Language
    • English A2 level
  • Responsibilities
    • Assisting with maintenance and repair tasks on Defense sites.
    • Laying out, maintaining, and pruning green spaces.
    • Helping with road and pavement repair work.
    • Ensuring a neat and safe work environment.
    • Preparing and clearing materials and tools.
  • Remuneration
    • Salary - 2600 euro gross
    • Standard Tax/Deduction
    • Working hours per week -32-40
    • Working days per week - 5
