As a First Analyst, you play a crucial role in our laboratory team. You are responsible for the quality of laboratory determinations and act as a technical point of contact for colleagues, researchers, and external parties. Your tasks include:

• Developing and improving laboratory techniques and implementing them in daily practice.
• Performing, checking, and authorizing analyses, including immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization.
• Advising and supporting R&D projects and coordinating practical implementations.
• Training and supervising new colleagues and interns.
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks in laboratory processes.
